Amsterdam won our hearts with its simplicity and freedom. We were lucky to have a chance to prepare for shooting the video clip - “Moonlight Sonata” Duet Song - in that beautiful city.
Anthony Huiskamp, a famous Dutch filmmaker, became a producer of the video. Before he had already made some music videos with Avraam Russo and Kristina Orbakaite such as “No more love”, “Just to love you”, and Kristina Orbakaite’s “I won’t come back to you”, Valeria’s “There was a love”, Didulya’s “Arabica” and many others.
For the scenario images it was necessary to think over and choose each piece of clothing and footwear. It was not easy. Anthony had only known Diana from her photographs. And when he saw her he understood that Diana’s photos did not reflect her real beauty and he had to change the images created by him. It was difficult to create new images in a hurry. The clothes brought from Almaty weren’t enough, that’s why it was necessary to do shopping in Amsterdam. There were a lot of shops, but we were short of time.
There were two images - a contemporary stylish girl and a Lady Vamp. Thanks to Diana’s delicate taste and great physical endurance we managed to make necessary collections in a new city for two days. In a conference hall of the Savoy Hotel Amsterdam Diana arranged a real fashion parade for Avraam and Anthony. Finally, after the long discussions, the dresses and suits were selected.
The most difficult and important task was to create a character. And here Diana met the support and understanding from a little fairy.
